Last Saturday sat and waited almost an hour, what I witnessed was a particular staff member who was rude and mean. This woman told a pt who arrived at 11:50(they close @ 12) that he couldnt be seen then went in office and slammed the door on him! Professionalism severely lacking and very short staffed. I will do my best to never return and will alert my insurance company that they might want to contract with another company!

Rude and condescending. Talked down to me the entire time I was there. Beware the heavy smoker with long hair and glasses. And the supervisor practically twisted himself into a pretzel trying to say she didnt do anything wrong. No one deserves this kind of treatment.

they seem to be under staffed. they do all that is possible. even so how convienient that a patient needs not to have to have an appointment. just show up and write your name on a clip board and the time you arrived and in 15 minutes they will call your name.

I always had good experience here except once or twice when I had to wait. Mostly they are very quick. Place is nice and clean. If you take an appointment before you go then its easier. Lots of parking space as well.

The hours posted say open Saturdays until noon. I came at 11:30 and forgot the rx came back by 11:53, all lights are off and sign says closed. So I guess its more like they close at 11:30ish???!! So great

I sat in the waiting room with five other people from 12:45 to 1:45 and didnt see a single person working there. Their lunch hours are listed as 11:45 - 12:30 so Im not sure how they get away that.

Apparently they do not even have a receptionist. Waited over 45 minutes just to drop off a specimen.
