I gave this a 1 star because there wasnt the option for "0" starts. I made an appointment on 4/8/2015. I arrived 5 minutes early, signed in, and checked the box that said appointment. I sat down next to a lady who didnt know making an appointment was helpful. The people across from made DID make an appointment. This tech called the couple who had an appointment before me, as the were leaving she called the lady who didnt make an appointment. I spoke up and said "excuse me, I have an appointment" to which she responded, "well this lady has been here for awhile.I take a walk-in then an appointment then a walk-in." I told her well I made an appointment because I have to watch my grandson. Then she made a comment that this is like a Dr.s office. Last time I checked you HAD to make a Drs appointment. Then as she was going threw the door she said "Wow, whats her problem?" When she finally did take me, she rambled on about how she was right and I was wrong. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Im only giving a 1 star cause i have no choice to do so to comment i took my one year old and 3 year old and the lady shown on the pic poked my 1 year old twice she got it the second time but there was blood leaking everywhere from the first poke when she was done with my three year old she said theres gona be a pretty good bruse there he was screaming bloody murder the who time she showed no compassion at all to either children and if she was doing her job right there shouldnt be a bruse on top of that she was getting fustrated with me cause i wasnt holding there arms right um last time i checked that wasnt my job she is the only one at that location and if i was you and you have toddlers you wanna take i would think twice im never going to that location again terrible experience

Steer clear of this location due to the woman of whom I posted in the photo. She was talking over me the entire time and I saw her throw people out of the office because she wanted to go to lunch. Lunch seemed to be the priority, and others have reported the same thing. I tried to be as polite as possible, in fact, overwhelmingly more polite than I would ever be just to see if she would alter her negative attitude. This had no effect. Every time I spoke, within a single word she would begin to shout out a tirade that had no bearing on the question I had even began to ask. Also, she failed at being able to draw the blood. Hence, I got jabbed multiple times on each arm by her and then she said, "Well, thats it. Youre just going to have to go somewhere else. "

The long wait time was understandable, as there were a few people who had scheduled appointments there as well, but there was a nasty smell I noticed before I even walked into the waiting room. The employee that handled my appointment was impatient. I have a phobia of needles (I let her know this beforehand) and had to get blood drawn, so I was more than a bit on-edge. I began panicking and she lost her temper, saying that I should just come back later and that she had other patients to attend to. Though as soon as I mentioned going to UPMC her attitude turned right around. The price seemed way over what it usually was for what I had done, even with insurance it was over $400. Never going there again and I definitely wouldnt recommend it to anyone else either.

I want to set the record straight. I just got back from this location, and the woman pictured is not some evil monster like other reviewers have said! She was considerate to me. I had about a 30 minute wait (did not schedule an appointment). The woman in the picture drew my blood with no difficulties, and kindly made small talk to distract me from all of the blood she was taking. Im not sure why so many people complain about this location. They only have one person on staff to do intake, billing AND blood drawing. So there will probably be a bit of a wait. But given what shes working with, I think the woman who helped me did a good job!

this location is extremely understaffed. One person works as a receptionist, cashier, lab technician, physical examiner. I made an appointment and waited for half an hour at which point I was expecting to be taken in, as I was the next person on the list with an appointment. Alas, that was not to be. Sharlene, the person working there that day, insisted on taking in a walk-in ahead of me. She was unapologetic and couldnt care less about the situation. Appointments are quite useless at this location.

Ive never been to another Quest, and Ive never had to do a drug test before for a job, so I dont know what theyre normally like, but I imagine people dont normally enjoy doing them. There was some dude talking really loudly on his phone in the waiting area and I got his home address and his phone number and some personal history about him from listening to that call. Dumb and annoying. The lady who was actually there running the place was fairly nice, though.

I rarely write reviews but after reading the other reviews on here, I feel as though I have to. The woman showed in the picture was extremely nice, did a great job and was very thorough. I had a little bit of a wait but I didnt make an appointment so I was expecting that. I almost went to a different location after reading these reviews but Im glad I didnt. I would go back to this location in a heartbeat.

Knows People

The woman who runs this office is ignorant and has no people skills. I walked into the location, to ask about the services they provide. This woman would not talk to me or even give me a brochure. She rudely cut me off, and said that she was closing for lunch. There is a great place to get testing done at the Bellevue Suburban General Hospital location, where there is none of this insanity.

I left with a gigantic bruise on my arm due to one of the women digging around in my vein. It was a horrifying experience. Its been over a week and the bruise is still just as big and as black and blue as the day I went to Quest... Its embarrassing truthfully as I have been asked about what happened to my arm multiple times. Truth be told I will not return.

Arrived at 10:50. Was told they couldnt take me because they close at 11a to 11:30a. It does not say this when you pull up the hours on Google. Came back at 11:39. There was a woman who was checked in at 11:35. At 11:53 the woman who works there comes out, skips my name and calls the woman with the noon appointment. Hire another person for goodness sake!

Was in and out in about 10mins, very polite and professional employee. Was reading the other reviews and dont understand everyones gripe. If there is only one person on site then yes you will have to wait, not her fault that she is the only one working and last time I checked you are entitled to take your lunch, maybe the company should give her help
