I went to Quest over a month ago and was pleased to meet my tech. Lisa. She was so nice. Im afraid to give blood and in the past the technicias had a very hard time finding a vein. Lisa had to take 15 tubes of blood. I thought I would have 4 or 5 holes in me and end up going home without them being able to get the blood work done. Lisa took the time to calm me down. She didnt act like my nervous rambling was bothering her. Every question I ask was answered Today I had to give blood again. Got nervous when Lisa wasnt their. Then I met Maggie. She was excellent. I thought Lisa was good. Well Maggie is just as good. Patient, kind ,informative, and got my blood first time. Quest has the best techs and service is excellent. Thank you so much Lisa and Maggie .I Was all nervous.Thank you both for taking the time to calm me an baby me.You made something I was dreading be a good experience. God bless u both. Also thank you quest for being smart enough to hire.them.

Quest has the charm of a big company trying to squeeze profits out of every opportunity. Want to call and ask a question? Its not possible. You dont even get to talk to someone at reception. Ive been to this location because its close to my house at least 4 times. Always understaffed. 1 hr wait to drop off a sample today. Techs are nice though.

Very modern computer sign in and your wait list appears on tv. Downside is theres still a long wait sometimes.
