Dont know where to start, its my 2nd time coming to this facility and this morning i had the worst Customer Service experience ever. Walk in to do a drug screen granted I arrived earlier than the scheduled time. There was one patient ahead of me, I allowed the Clerk to attend to her while common courtesy is to wait until you been called. This!!! Girl (the attendant) never acknowledged me standing there, nor greet or ask is there something I can help with?. So I kept standing there thinking she would say something, the patient ahead of me was called and dismissed. So when the lab Rep came out the second time to call the next patient she politely told me Sir! Can you please sign in. Then Ms. Professional started giving me information about what time is the screening and I shouldnt sign ahead of time. I wanted to give her some Customer Service Tips and recommend her to look on the web and find a site name Fred Pryor to do a few courses, maybe that would boost her confidence in her job. I have worked customers service all my life Hotels, Airlines and Rail Road on Supervisory Level; I understand there are days that you just dont want to deal with the public, but thats your job do it with dignity. I would like to Acknowledge this Lab Employee she is an African American with a very distinct curly hairstyle dont know her name. But " Maam thank you"!!!!! you are the reason why Im coming back to this facility to proceed with the test. THANK YOU!!!! Labcorp needs professionals like you. JP

Went there today to get my regular lab testing done. I walk in at 7:30 am and sign in. The lady asks me if I have an appointment and I say Im a walk in as I have done before. She states that they are now by appointment only and hands me a flyer. I state that going online they are normally booked several days out in the mornings. No use and I go home to check the website. Luckily they have an opening the same day at 9:45 and I return at 9:30. Some guy is at the counter upset because he had been waiting for 30 minutes and now they told him that he needed an appointment. (How about a sign at the counter!!) By 10 I ask about the wait time and people tell me that they had app. for 8:30 and are still in the waiting room. I also find out that my insurance changed to Quest (my bad). I go to Quest and Im in/out in 10 minutes plus Quest is a top notch place compare to Lab Corp. Glad to say goodbye.

Come on folks...what medical facility do you not have to wait? Yes there are all kinds of people who visit this facility, also professionals. Once I asked someone to take their personal phone conversation outside, but I do this in all public places. I dont want to be privey to someones personal business. I have been here several times. The first time I did not book and appointment and waited over and hour. Subsequently I booked appointments and wait time varied from 5 minutes to 20 minutes. Once the correct tests were not processed and I had to repeat my bloodwork. The other 3 or 4 times everything was fine. I never experienced any rude workers or nurses. If you are there for routine lab work associated with a physical, make sure to have that noted on the order sheet.

Waiting over two hours...people with appointments Walker Michael out. Very poor organization. Used labcorp in Lyndhurst NJ with excellent service Suggest that labcorp be courteous enough to let you know when they are short on personnel and estimate wait time so you have a choice as to wait or make another appointment. People who had appointments but could not wait longer, should have been able to reschedule on site. Instead. They were told to go online. As most come to labcorp because they are not well. having to wait way too long leads to additional stress and high blood pressure.

Every time I have gone, even with a scheduled appointment, I have been kept waiting for at least half an hour. I sat and watched people come and go without appointments until I was the last person left in the room. I book fasting appointments at 11:00 so I am very hungry when I get seen at noon. If I could I would change to Quest I would, but they told me because of my insurance I had to go to Lab Corp. I have another appointment scheduled next week maybe someone important will read it and things will change.

This place is bad !! Really bad ..the people that work there have the worse attitude... I wonder how they even keep these office open .. all i need is a drug test .i been here for like and hour + ....they only have 3 people working ...avoid these office ..at all cost ... I rather go to a whole different county and get the proper treatment.... Lets see how much longer i have to wait smh...

I have gone here several times to have blood work done, and never waited less than 35 minutes - even when they first open theres a crowd. This place is overcrowded due to other locations closing. This place makes Quest look like an efficient operation, and thats saying something. I wish my insurance company gave me a choice of where to get bloodwqork done.

Scandalous, they told me to my face that my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) was accepted. Then today they charged us $228 which was 100% of the bill because Lab Corp is not in the BCBS network. If you have BCBS do NOT go to Lab Corp, it will not me covered. Quest does take BCBS there is one at the corner of Commercial and 18th.

Sabrina is outstanding. She had to take 3 vials of blood from my 3 year old for an allergy test. She made it the least traumatic experience as it could be. She did a fantastic job. I commend her for how sweet and gentle she was. Everyone was friendly, for that matter. 5 star expeerience. blows the health department out of the water.

Very ghetto. Walked in towards empty front desk. Signed walkin list. And waited 15min at front desk waiting for someone while I hear them chatting about nonsense away from the window.. can not be lunch time because there is no such posted sign etc.. Ill go get my test elsewhere. If I can give them 0 stars I would.

The wait time if you dont have an appointment is ridiculous. Plus the front desk staff has attitude. When I called the recorder stated clients can walk in or make an appointment online. Make sure to schedule an appointment cause they call all the appointments first.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The front desk staff is extremely rude. It seems that they take pride in being discourteous. My experience was so bad that I walked away. Management should take action, people should not be subjected to such impolite behavior.

Wish I could give zero stars. Lady at the front desk is incredibly rude. Dont try to come without an appointment and expect to wait lengthy periods of time with one. Very disorganized and way understaffed. Wish my insurance would let me go elsewhere!

ZERO stars!!! Extremely slow!!! Appointments are USELESS!!! Showed up 1/2 hour before appointment to do paperwork and still had to wait over 2 hours past my appointment time. Never seen such a shabby run medical establishment in all my life.
