Very Unprofessional Short version - I made a reservation online and showed up on time. Because of their incompetence I wasnt called to the back room until 30 minutes after my appointment, and they didnt start my screening until 1 hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Long version - I showed up early, and signed it. The receptionist wasnt even sitting behind the window and didnt show up until 15 minutes after I got there. After waiting 30 minutes after my appointment she called me to the back and didnt even know why I was there; all she had to do was read my reservation that I made online. While she got her act together, she made me wait and then put me to the back of the line. After an hour I asked someone else why I hadnt been seen yet, and she came from out of nowhere and with a huge attitude saying that it was because I was late. I told her she couldnt have known because she wasnt even there, and she started making excuses. Worst experience ever, and I was over an hour late to work.

Epitomizes everything "wrong" with our healthcare system and providers. Went in as a walk-in as I had an acute event and M.D. gave me a prescription for blood work. Empty waiting room and four people behind the counter when I went in early Saturday a.m. Told they would not take me as a walk-in despite acute nature and need for blood work. Claimed too busy and full - yet here stood three people idly behind a desk with no one in front of them. Person behind the desk claimed no supervisor or other person above in decision making available. These are not health care providers with patient interest or health in mind. No sense of community, public welfare or empathy. Local physicians should find other alternatives for blood drawing before they cost someone a life, extremity or catastrophic event.

Absolutely the worst! They would much rather brush you off than to just answer simple questions. When I asked if I could make an appointment, without even looking in my direction one of the "nurses" said I could take a card and call the number. That was right before I got into an argument with the receptionist because of a comment she made about me not making my son my priority. I have never dealt with such disrespectful people in my life! The only professionals in there were the real nurses that were taking blood in the back. The front girls were much more interested in getting coffee, gossiping, and being plain nasty!

This is the worst facility ever. They hired ghetto women to sit and represent their company. All hate their job, they treat you like crap, have no patience. Unbelievable experience. I believe one of the ladies there tampered with my specimen and as a result my test results came back unreadable. Unfortunately I wont be considered for the job. Not to mention I had to hold my bladder for over two hours, I dont drink, I dont smoke, and never did drugs so I find it really unbelievable. This place should be taken off of the quest diagnostics listing. Its sad that people take no pride in their work ethics anymore.

My wife got new insurance at work and the old lab we used is no longer covered. We both had appointments scheduled for 9:30 and 9:45 respectively. The waiting room was standing room only overflowing out the door. They were grossly overbooked. The staff seemed overly stressed. I do not have insurance and pay cash. They wanted to charge me $80 more for the same tests as the lab we used to use,(last month), that does not overbook and make you stand outside waiting in line. Needless to say I am going there instead... I have been to other Quest Diagnostics that are not as poorly managed as is this one.

This specific office was disgusting and looked like something out of a 3rd world Country. The patient demographic was not much different! I went to the lab on Federal in Pompano which was not much different. After driving to 6 or more labs, I found what was an oasis in a sea of ghetto..........the Quest lab on NW 13th Avenue in Boca Raton. This was well furnished, color coordinated, civilized, clean and patients looked like they were of means......not homeless. I drive there every time I have to visit one of those chain labs. Excellent service and aesthetics are bearable.

I must tell everyone there is no customer service at this location. I got there at 7:15 AM without an appointment and went to the reception area after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes. It took over 10 minutes before anyone addressed my concerns. I was told that appointments come first then after the appointments were ALL filled then they will start taking walk ins . At 9:00 AM I left and they never even made an attempt to register me into their system. I will never go back Quest again..very poorly run with a real bad attitude

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! If there was a way to vote zero stars, I would. This is like the high school dropout capitol of the world. While waiting for over an hour--despite an early morning, prepaid appt--I witnessed the hoodrat girls at the front desk yell, berate and disrespect EVERYONE, including elderly frail patients. The staff is an embarrassment to the medical profession. (P.S. Only nice and courteous employee was Destiny, who drew my blood. The rest should get fired and make room for deserving healthcare workers.)

They refused to accept my United States NATURALIZATION CERTIFICATE as a valid form of ID. The lady had never seen one before and ASSUMED it wasnt a valid form of federal identification. When I asked the lady to look it up, she got indignant; she simply refused and got rude. I tape recorded the whole thing after they started getting rude. Called/emailed the recording to corporate (who were very nice) but it didnt help me any... I couldnt take the drug test and I DIDNT GET THE JOB because of it!

If you understand LEAN, this place lives it. Model of one piece flow. I am in and out typically less than 15 minutes. Staff is friendly and they are processing many clients. Incredible. Awesome. I had to write this because of the poor reviews others gave. Not fair. Go ahead and compare this to other medical facilities. I gave up on my Doctor because I had to wait 45 minutes for a check up.... This is EFFICIENT.

I have been going to this location for quite some time. Unfortunately, I have frequent blood work... Over a year ago, this location was crowded, rude, and late/inefficient. In short, HORRIBLE. HOWEVER, over the past few months there has been significant change. This location is clean, prompt, professional, and "gentle" when having to take the specimens. Definitely appreciate the change in experience! :)

An honest review of this location is order. The environment is nicely furnished and the staff is efficient. I came as a walk in twice in one week and both visits have been reasonable. The bad reviews are probably due to the staff being mostly of African American decent but they are not really accurate. The staff is professional & reasonably friendly. This day in age you cant really ask for more

Worse company ever. Charged my credit card and did not sent results to the doctor. I called and waited on the phone almost one hour to get a representative and she could not find my record for more than 10 minutes. She said if the results were lost then doctor would have to call them or I have to do testing all over again. Avoid this scamming company
