HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER GOING BACK. I gave one star and that is only for the only nurse Martine helping everyone. I got there when they opened. (7 am) to take a drug test it wasnt given to me until 9:30 am. I advised the front desk lady i was running late I needed to go back to work and I needed to pee really bad. She told me there were two patients in front of me. When I sat down she moved my paper to the last so that there would be five more patients in front of me. If I didnt speak up I wouldnt have made it out at the time that I did. NEED MORE STAFF with BETTER ATTITUDES.

Clear example of why monopolies and duopolies are bad for consumers. All the reviews I have ever read for these pleaces are overall horrible yet nothing is done. Customer service doesnt improve nothing changes but people have no choice because Quest and LabCorp are the only two options available to most. So mediocrity prosists.

Staff is very unorganized, and has no real system. Came for a drug screen for a new job, Ive already been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. When I went up to ask why its taking so long to pee in a cup, she told me I would just have to wait longer. DONT come here if you need a drug screen. Insane.

I came 4-3-15 to facility without appt. I have a cold so I asked for a mask , the ladies at front desk assisted me. Made me feel comfortable. Aster called me. I am terrified of needles so she put me at ease. In & out quickly . Thank you for hiring a great Staff!!!

There is no direct number and they make you go all the way to their office to tell you that they dont accept walk-ins despite the fact that the office was completely empty, not everyone has free gas or time to waste, very unfair and poorly professional

No appt. Walked in at 730am on a Saturday. Signed in, sat down, waited 5 minutes. Name was called, blood was drawn, walked out before 8. This is how you do it. I dont care if the staff has an attitude or not. Get me in, get me out, do it right. Thanks.

Horrible place to go I had an appointment yet people showing up after me get attended first waited for an hour for a tropical drug screening never again got my stuff and left ,rude fat lady behind the counter you know who you are dont go

Absolutely the worst lab Ive gone to. Waited over an hr before they told me they couldnt find my dr orders. Then another hr and a half before I got seen and they cant even take out blood without bruising.
