DO NOT GO HERE! Worst experience ever. I would give 0 stars if I could. I am a fainter and do not do well with needles. The woman who did my blood work seemed like she hated her job and it was an inconvenience that I had to lay down. She was not gentle by any means and never provided me with any instructions or updates during the entire process. I realize having blood work done is uncomfortable but this woman had me in tears because it was so painful. Each vial of blood that was taken she crammed the needle further and further into my arm. She never instructed me to release my clenched fist and told me I needed to make sure I breathed AFTER she was done collecting the blood work. Immediately after the blood work samples were collected, the woman asked me to sit up (aware that I am a fainter) to sign paperwork. Then handed me a cup for a urine sample with no directions as to where the bathroom is, which wipe to use first, where to place the sample afterwards and quickly left the room. Another patient was brought into the room and I was not allowed anytime to take things slow to avoid fainting. Thankfully my husband was there (who also had a painful blood work experience from another worker) to help me to our car where I was able to lay down before I completely blacked out. I did not have mobility of my arm for four days. One week and two days later, I still have major bruising and sharp pains/aches in my arm.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY GAVE FALSE RESULTS TELLING MY SISTER, AN EXPECTANT MOM OF FIVE MONTHS, THAT HER BABY NOT ONLY HAS DOWN SYNDROME BUT ALSO HAS GENDER COMPLICATIONS. AFTER PUTTING THE EXPECTANT PARENTS THROUGH TRAUMA AND SHOCK, THE LAB CALLS BACK HOURS LATER SAYING THAT THEY MISREAD THE RESULTS AND EVERYTHING IS NORMAL. HOW INCOMPETENT, INSENSITIVE, BRAINLESS, FOOLISH, UNEDUCATED ARE THESE PEOPLE???!!!! TO TREAT A PATIENT AND THEIR UNBORN CHILD WITH SUCH SLOPPINESS, DISRESPECT AND UNPROFESSIONALISM BLOWS MY MIND. ALL OF THE LAB ANALYSTS AND DOCTORS AT THIS LOCATION NEED TO TAKE A LEAVE NOW. HOW DESPICABLE AND DISGUSTING. THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR BUT AM FORCED TO CLICK ONE TO POST THIS REVIEW.

I went for a pre-op lab tests. A nice young African-Am. man took my sample. He did not release the tournacut, nor say to release my clinched fist which others do. I cried out and said that it really hurt bad! I am in awful pain, do not have full mobility of my left arm. I have a photo of black and blue bruise that is 5 inches long, and 4 inches wide all the way to my elbow. I could not let this incident go and decided to make this knowledge available to corporate. I dont want other folks to suffer like this. It was very careless and its so painful to heal. Thank you. Sincerely, Ms. S

Unsanitary conditions, garbage on the floors, a puddle of what appeared to be urine with a paper towel thrown on it on the floor of the exam room, syringe caps and wrappers strewn about on the counter, no hand sanitizer in either of the dispensers I tried. I saw at least 5 employees and all of them were on their cell phones talking or texting and not doing a thing about the multiple messes I saw.
