I had an appointment for an employment drug test, so it should have been a quick appointment. I walked in on time and signed in. I waited 35 minutes and the lady at the front desk didnt even look at the sign in sheet. I walked back up to the front desk since I had an appointment 30 minutes ago and stood there for 5 minutes before walking out since no one came to the front. There were around 15 people waiting to go back and only 3 people went back the entire time i was there. The place was also very dirty.

One star is too high. If the staff working there moved any slower, they would be going backwards. Additionally, one worker was incredibly condescending. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour, I told her that I may have been skipped; without even looking or asking my name, she said I wasnt and they were just very busy.

WORST LOCATION EVER!!!!! EVERY TIME I come its at least an Hour wait, even WITH an apt. No one is ever at the front desk when you arrive, so youre usually there for at least 20min before they even check you in. It doesnt matter how many patience are waiting, they are SOOO SLOW!!!! They definitely need new staff here.

If you have to take a drug test for work, make sure you make an appointment. They only have two employees working here today and there are people that have been waiting for over 2 hours because they keep taking the ones that made an appointment before the ones that have been waiting for hours to get called in.

VERY long wait times!!! I went on Wednesday morning at 10:00 am. Only 2 other people in the waiting room. I was waiting for a while so I spoke up and asked how much longer. They then called me in and it took 4 minutes to get a urine sample. I left at 10:50. Terrible experience and slow staff!!!

Terrible customer service the front desk person was lazy . She gave me the wrong instructions , had to do my sample 2x , they had zero follow up , they did not have me in the computer , and I have been to multiple other labs with zero problems . The phlebotomist was great .

Great place if you want to spend time in a waiting room. 75 minutes is too long to wait. Asked about coming back a different time and was told I should just stay because "this is nothing compared to usual." I will ask my doctor for a different company next time.

The staff was so friendly. Came in and was assisted immediately. Did a 1 hr gluecose. They were so kind. Im a big ole baby when it comes to needles and they were so kind about it. Great experience for the fact that it was lab work.

Theres more laughing than actually working. 2 hours so far in the waiting room..just for a drug test! People came in after me have been seen and left already. Have never been so frustrated before in my entire life.

DONT GO HERE! Find another lab. This lab is chronically understaffed. Waits start at an hour and go up from there. I have used it about 4 times so far. Other LabCorp locations may do better.

Just waited outside since 6:45 this morning to open at 7am, they didnt open the doors til 8:10, 25 people waiting outside in the heat...ridiculous. ...no reason other than short staffed...

We read past reviews and we were a little nervous. My husband and I had appts. We arrived early and only waited about 5 minutes. Receptionist and phlebotomist were great. Very clean.

Holy. Christ. Wait was at minimum an hour. If you have to use the bathroom wait UNTIL you get there. This is a torture worse than death.
