My husband and I have been patients of LewisGale Physicians since we moved to the Roanoke area in 2013. I have used both the Immediate Care and especially the Family Care (as my General Practitioner) and have been extremely pleased with the quality of care I have received. The office staff is friendly and professional; I am able to get an appointment when I need one, and I really like the convenience and ability to go to a female P.A. Heather Ball, P.A., is a wonderful practitioner - she is highly skilled/educated, has excellent "doctor"/patient communication skills - she takes the time to really listen and then give thoughtful, insightful answers. Her follow-through is outstanding. The nurses here are excellent as well. I highly recommend this clinic! Update: 2017: I still Highly recommend this Clinic, for both Family Care and Immediate Care. I really appreciate having Heather Ball, P.A. as my Primary Care Provider, and everyone on her team is as professional, positive and thorough as she is!
