Megan, one of the women who works at this facility is wonderful. She is very thoughtful of my needs as a patient who sees me regularly for my IRN testing. Kelly, one of the other women is also great. The women are friendly, informed of how to handle patients with the utmost care for their needs and always seem to have a smile on their faces. I personally belive that if more people had the personality of these two women as well as the care that they show there patients no one would mind getting there blood drawn. Damage to arm ,taking bloods. Results were not issued and Very late 5 days. Not acceptable .in Past i had good experiance. It all depend on people who did the service on May 5th. Lake of help or poor managment. Poor customer care, and others were taken in before earlier customers. Not recommend at all. Unless People are changed.

First thing in the morning. No appointment. Very little wait time. Smooth and efficient. Im usually a nervous mess getting blood drawn, but this time was a dream!
