Worst Customer Service/Response Ive ever had. Can never get intouch with anyone on the phone. It iis 225pm in SC and the voice mesg says to callback after 2 pm CST ... Sounds like a mickey mouse operation with only 1 answering phones. Very disappointing, they were the best in area that Humana accepted. Now I have had several questions and didnt know what to do. No way to leave a call back. Poor quality Customer Service.
