Made an appointment for a time-sensitive lab test, had to be done in the morning. Fasted. Arrived on time and door was locked. Watched a 2nd person with appointment try to open door as well, also locked. Tried to call and no answer. This was my first time with Quest, so I just wont ever go to this location again, but maybe I will get lucky elsewhere.
