Why even list your hours if youre never open!? Ive gone multiple times during posted hours only to be locked out. Ill never go back!! Id rather wait longer somewhere else and be treated like a human being. F U Quest!

The office space is nice, but I had an appointment and was still waiting over an hour to get in with only 4 people in waiting room. Quest Diagnostics staff in Penn Hills is much more efficient to get you in and out.

Quest is cheap and understaffs their offices. The poor phlebotomists run and dont get breaks. The wait is always long and it is because the company wont adequately staff.
