Arrived at 8;30 for a walk in. There were 3 people in the waiting room. Signed the check in sheet and took a seat. 10 minutes and no change. Then someone else came in and signed the sheet. Someone came to the desk (for the first time), glanced at the sheet, and called back the person who just got there. Over the next 15 minutes that repeated...a new patient signed the sheet and was the next to be called back. Excuse me? If you cant handle checking off a list of people properly why in the world would I let you near me with a needle? We left. Well find another lab.

Automated appointment scheduling that does not work; Empty waiting room at 2:00 (lunch from 1:00-2:00), no receptionist at front counter. Had to shout to get someone to come to the counter. Said Drs request was not received. Then walked to the back. Had Drs office fax paperwork over after making one phone call. Waited 15 mins. for technician to reappear & say the document wasnt there (even though it was sitting on the fax machine!) Lets hope the sample doesnt get mixed up with someone elses!

One person working as receptionist and nurse does not seem ok. Its not her fault. She was as friendly as could be but its never ok to have one employee working. What should have taken fifteen minutes took an hour. Files and patients were getting mixed up. Next time I have to get blood drawn I will not come here.

Arrived for 8.30 am appointment and waited for like an hour to be called in. Front office was empty for 90% of the time. When asked, the front desk staff was rude and said you want to eitherwaut or go home and come back later. This is not the service that it was supposed to be. Please avoid this place.

I didnt have an appointment and I only waited for 10 minutes. I dont like getting my blood drawn, but they were really nice about it and let me sit there for a little while. They gave me soda and made sure I was okay before letting me stand up.

Everything seemed to go smoothly at my appointment. Got out in about 20 minutes total. Then they called me 3 weeks later asking for "additional information". Im supposed to start my job next week and now I probably wont be able to.

Had an 11:15 appointment but showed up an hour early hoping to be seen sooner. Was in and out in under 15 minutes. Very pleasant experience.

Went in Friday at 9:15. No one there so no waiting. They have new and much more spacious quarters so much better experience.
