Usually a good experience but the other day I waited over 30 min with no movement. I got there at 4:20 and they closed at 5 per the sign. There were 7 people ahead of me. The wait time for me showed 82 min. No one came out and no patients were called. Several people who were there before me left. By 4:50 or so I finally just left. Disappointed.

what a horrible answering system Quest has...good God!! No wonder the US has gone declined...get some humans back into the system & youll have happier clients!

This waiting room smells really bad of cigarette smoke. I was told it is. Because of the cigar business next door in the same plaza.
