One star is being far too generous. A year and a half to send out a bill? Hatred, disdain, contempt are all to kind of words for this company. How are they just NOW switching from paper records to computer? Almost two thousand dollars for 5 culture tests? This isnt new technology. Their only excuse for lack of follow up is "under staffed" and "yeah...well...". This company can burn to the ground and nothing of value would be lost.

I come here every now and then for my blood draws. I cant stand going to Quest and Labcorp. Their blood draw stations are always crowded and the wait is interminable. Im a busy person, and there is NEVER a wait here. I hesitate to write this review since I dont want others to start coming here and making me have to wait, but I guess thats the price I may pay for being honest.

I would never do business with United Medical Labs because of my personal experiences. This company has been run by a greedy owner, George T. Chang, who was convicted of tax evasion and fraud. His credibility and reputation are in the toilet. He has screwed his employees over and over again because he always promises things and does not deliver.

This lab is incredibly slow. We used this lab only because they were open on Saturday and needed results early the next week. Mid week, still no results. Dont waste your time coming here. Lots of other alternatives in our area.
