So horrible. The staff is so rude and lazy. They let us sit there for 20 minutes and then didnt help us.They said they couldnt look up the standing order because we went to a different location the first time. I asked if they could call and get it faxed and obviously that would mean they would have to do some work which she wasnt interested in doing. I didnt know the exact address of the location and she said there were "a lot of locations over in that area and she didnt know which one to call" umm not true, there is only 1 location, youre just lazy. So I had to drive 20 minutes to the other location because shes too lazy to call and get a fax.

Building is right behind Kohls at the corner of Durant and Six Forks, but not visible from the street. I went at lunch time, without an appointment, and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Staff was courteous and efficient with minimal fuss. New-ish building and plenty of parking but much stained carpet in the waiting room. Maybe too many sick kids, but lobby needed a professional clean-up. Fast and convenient.

The staff was quite considerate of my time and very personable. The building was somewhat difficult to see from the road due to many pine trees blocking a clear line of sight.
