I wont ever use this lab again; they failed to draw the main lab test, that I was sent to the office for.... the very specialized test had to be sent away to Virginia and it took 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I get a call saying, sorry, they had failed to collect this lab when I had all the blood work drawn. They collected several tubes of blood, and I specifically asked, "Are you sure you have all of the tests collected"? - and they said yes. Due to medications that I have been started on since the lab draw, I wont be able to have the lab test repeated for about 6-8 months, in the meantime, have to follow strict dietary restrictions. I can NOT, nor will I ever recommend this lab to anyone in the future.....

Love this lab! Best customer service EVER with Felicia! She is always on point and knows how to draw blood especially with the most difficult ones. Has had no issues with our clients and has always been very warm and welcoming to each and every client. We send everyone to her!

Horrendous!!!! Good grief it took over 50 minutes to get blood drawn. Incredible inefficiency the likes of which Ive ever seen. Find a different lab.
