If I could give less than one star I would, Ive been here twice because I had to leave the first time because the wait was so long. The times Ive been there was no front desk staff and have experienced very poor customer service, if you are a business owner I would recommend using lab corp instead.

Did not process blood sample correctly even after talking about it and confirming the correct process. Had to come back for a redraw and the hours on door are not the same as online and they are closed. Now I have to come back again. Not great business procedure.

Wait was less then 15 minutes, got blood drawn and was out the door in 35 minutes, great service, they even let me talk a lot
