I thought the person at the reception desk was not very customer service oriented. There is something about many of the people in the medical industry where they think they are doing you a favor by letting you use their services. It is kind of an attitude of just take a seat, we will call you, and no feeling that YOU are the customer.

An absolute joke. At 8:00am on a Monday there are 14 people in the waiting room and ONE person in the office to check people in and do lab work. It took over 10 minutes to check in a single person. People with 7:30 am appointments waiting to be seen at 8:10.

Clean and neat but the building seems to think that it need to shut down its elevators to get people to lose weight. Great job considering how my friend that needed to get up there needs a wheelchair smart idea let them take the stairs with me.

I go every 3 months and they never seem to understand my lab orders. Check in is very lengthy. They are not friendly. Drops of my blood was spilled on the counter. I will not be going back.
