Ive been going here on a regular basis for the better part of four years, and while I have had blood drawn from several different phlebotomists in that time period they were never cold or uncaring as described by the mother in the other two reviews. Im pretty sure that their experience was a fluke, and their emotionally-charged day set them up for perceiving what they experienced through a lens of hyper-sensitivity. Its natural for a mother to care about her child to the degree that she did, but her child wouldnt have been hurt any more by it if she took a step back to maintain a neutral and objective attitude. Besides, being uncaring isnt the same as actively intending harm or harboring ill-will, its just not going out of your way. Thats the most they can be blamed for in that sense - not going out of their way for the child during a scary time. They dont deserve to be docked for it. The nerve damage and complications, who can say. Too many variables there. In any case, these guys deserve more credit than this. They are expedient and friendly, and skilled. The tape they keep the gauze on with sucks though. I hate that tape.

Plan your trip to here, this place is seriously under staff. Seems they dont have a receptionist to answer any questions before you wait for your turn and see if they are even capable of doing what you need done. Phone was ringing and no one answer. Defensively not the place you want to bring your children to, Staff is not train to deal with kids in any way. In a way your presence there is not welcomed, It is like you are bothering them at work and they are not happy to see you. Very rude staff. Will avoid returning here if possible.

I have had blood drawn at this lab 4 times and each time was quick and done well. I have never had a problem..
