First time here & already a HORRIBLE experience. I am 28 weeks pregnant & had to schedule an appointment here through my OBGYN for the 3 hr Glucola testing. My appointment was for 8am. I arrived at 8am, only to wait in my car for 40mins for them to even open ! Once, the line outside piled in, upon signing in, the front desk lady was VERY RUDE to her clients & not informative at all. Since I have to take the Glucola testing, I am not allowed to eat or drink until the testing is over ! It is now 9am & i notice everyone else is being seen before me for drug testing. So I go to the front desk and inform the receptionist that I am here for Glucola testing & have an appointment, she asks if I signed in, I reply "yes", THEN she decides to look at the sign in sheet & say "oh, didnt see you there, I will call you next". AT THIS POINT I AM AGITATED & OVER THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE, EVEN BEFORE I GET MY BLOOD DRAWN. First time here & last time here, for sure. VERY DISAPPOINTING. DO NOT BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT HERE. HAD TO RATE IT A STAR TO POST.

I showed up at 8:04 am, I was the first one in the door and i was there to get blood work done. I didnt even have time to sit in the waiting room. I was told to come on back. They had finished drawing blood in under 5 minutes. I was in and out with in 20 minutes, I dont think they could have done a better job!! Just felt the need to leave a review, because I almost didnt go to Labcorp after reading all the negative Reviews they had gotten. Now Im very glad I did and I felt someone need to leave a possessive review.

Dont bother making an appointment. Its still first come, first serve. I signed in for my appt that was 30 minutes ago and I still havent been called up to the window....

Had 11:30 appointment for a simple drug test. Waited over an hour. Horrible customer service. Never go on a Saturday
