We have been to this location twice before for Pediatric services, always been in and out in no time and the staff has been great with my 2 year old son. However on 5 May I left work early (3 hours as I commute) to have enough time to travel home and pick up my children. Travel the half hour to Winchester for our appointment. Made it just in the nick of time....or so we thought. We arrived to a locked facility with no lights on. I made my appointment on line several days prior. However there was a sign on the door advising me that they would be closed on 5 May for Apple Blossom festival. Not at any point on line did I get a warning that they would be closed, nor did they take the time to call their patients with appointments to advise them that they would be closed for the day. I could of saved my self some leave and the hassle of having to take time off again to get my sons blood work done. I was pissed. Still waiting on a call from a corporate supervisor.

I couldnt get thru on phone because all automated so I made an appointment "online". After arriving I was told to sit down it would be awhile. Why do you offer appointments if Im going to have to sit here /take a number. This place is packed and only ONE person drawing blood.. DONT come here, has to be another lab around.

Rude and nasty individuals This is LabCorp as a whole not isolated to this location... Watch your bank account!!! They store credit card information and WILL debit your account automatically and without authorization if they feel you owe them.
