I am sorry about the previous womans experience with drug testing. Perhaps it was a timing issue. Quest has strict parameters re: when drug screening can be completed. My daughter & I are racial minorities but had a very different experience with Laureen (phlebotomist). My 12 yo daughter had to have a vast number of blood draws. Through it all, Laureen was kind, patient, & gentle. Both Laureen & Dina respectfully & patiently answered all of our (many) questions. My daughter will need more blood work, so well definitely be returning. This lab has surpassed all others.

The medical staff is nice , Effective in doing the medical aspects, But under staffed for office management, to answer the phone to set up an appointment. Voice mail is not to setup to leave a msg. When I was there last only one person was running the medical aspects. And no office staff at all.

Not a good experience at all. I am a latino and the only employee there laureen schoppert was very ride and racist to me. She did not want to help me with my job drug screening test. She waited on 4 people and skipped me. I felt so horrible I will never go there again.
