I have been in here numerous times. The staff is barely friendly on most days, even if you go in with a smile and nice attitude. Once in awhile you catch someone in a good mood. There has been issue with billing which required hours upon hours to try to resolve. They then denied billing for me in the future because of the issue... which seems to be them not using the right codes. I now have to spend more hours trying to find another provider for my equipment!
