Never called me back after calling 4 days in a row, lied about sending in scripts, horrible customer service. Do not care about the patients or the well being. Received attitude from the office manager and two secretaries numerous times under different circumstances each time... when Im only trying to explain the allergic reactions Im having. They only want to argue and discuss payment, not what is going on or anything about what they are seeing me for. The one secretary even said "youre welcome" to me saying thanks for lying to me about calling in my scripts. I would not advise using this office if you want real legitimate help!

Think before you use them. I went to them from 2005 to 2012 every year. A tumor was growing on the right side of my face behind my ear. It was extremely painful. They did NOTHING. A family member was with me on one occasion when the PA told me what I had was interesting as she laughed. Very poor service, the waits are long, and the quality of care is pitiful at best. Turns out it was cancer. I would stay as far away from them as possible. Malpractice lawyers in WV have all turned me away. SO.. if you have a problem, go to a real doctor in a real hospital.

I like the doctors and feel like I get good healthcare from them, but the support staff could be better. Checking to make sure that the right person is checked in and also not keeping people waiting for over a half hour, would be a plus.
