The doctors at OFP are great to excellent. The low rating is purely from their terrible billing department. Bills are often sent out more than a month after service, which automatically puts you in their "late payment" category. Ive had to pay at least one bill twice and hope that the billing department catches up--or catches their mistake--so that I will at least have a credit on the next time they (eventually) send out a bill. They are about as efficient as the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom and as brusque, too. Again, this is not the doctors--just the billing department.

Dr. Cooley had been my doctor for over 7 years and just stop caring in the past year about my health. Never had my prescriptions sent in right and also talked with another doctor and was told she had me on too much medication was going against my health. The last time I went she sent in a student in to talk about my visit she wanted to know all my info so it was very upsetting that Amy Cooley took my private life to someone else. Will never ever recommend anyone to see her, in the past(2009) she cared about her patients but now just think its all about the money.

Ive been going here for years. Doctors are always friendly, as are the rest of the staff. Ive never had a problem fitting in a last minute appointment, as long as I dont mind which Doctor, Physicians Assistant or Nurse Practitioner I go to. I would much rather go here than wait around in an Emergency Room all day. Great care is taken with all patients. This is not a location that is near me, and I still continue to go.

The Worst. They keep messing up my Prescription and you cant reach them,past their Phone tree. Ive asked them multiple times to please get my meds I take for being type 2 correct,well with ObamaCrap insurance they seemingly provide the Worst Physicians as well. Horrible.Nice people,but bad.
