Doctors and nurses are fine but my experience with getting my $3,000 hearing aids fixed under my service contract was less than satisfactory. Upon calling in I was told the audiologist was on maternity leave. I was told that I could see a nurse, but that she was booked up for another week. When I complained that it seemed inappropriate that there was no one available, I was told that there was another audiologist that was on call. I called the audiologist and got an appointment that afternoon. Upon examining my hearing aids it appears that there was broken wire. However, the second audiologist stated that my hearing aids were not a brand he usually worked with and he didnt have parts. I returned to University E, N and T, and asked if i could leave the hearing aids to have the defective part replaced. I was told that I couldnt leave them without seeing a nurse first and that they may have to be sent out to be repaired. My only option was to wait the six more days for the appointment. Gently voicing my displeasure, I stated that it seemed incomprehensible that the office would not have coverage for its services. The receptionist was joined by the nurse who said that she was sorry, but that she was only allowed to see a limited number of audiology patients and that she was booked until the time of my appointment six days away. I responded that I was upset, but not with her or the receptionist. My view was and is that the office has a management problem. If I had a mail order service contract, Im sure I could have sent the hearing aids out and received them back in less time than its taking with University E, N, and T. I will certainly explore that option and investigate other audiologists before renewing my present service contracy which expires in April.

Receptionists were great and very friendly. It took 2 months to get my daughter in for having recurring ear infections. And to see about getting tubes in her ears. Her pediatrician referred her to this place. The pediatrician office warned me they would be not return calls. Very right. As my daughter is sitting there to be examined she is playing with her ears. I thought this is good. They can see her infection. He said her ears were crystal clear (even while she is playing with them). He even asked me why I felt she needed to be seen at the ENT. I replied by saying the Pediatrician sent her here. It wasnt me but that I agree she needed to be seen because of getting 6+ infections a year. The pediatrician had not sent her info over and they didnt even bother to try to get her past records nor did they ask me to retrieve them. Which I will be doing. I even asked the dr, I quote, "so if she gets an infection in the next couple days do I bring her back here or her pediatrician? " He was kind of smart and said, "Well, you can try to get her in but its probably going to take a few months." 4 days later on a Saturday evening she lands on Urgent Care with a double ear infection. The dr on duty there said especially the one ear has been infected for a while. Like weeks were her wording. Not pleased at all.

I had my nose broken while playing withmy husband and kids. Took an elbow to the nose and then a loud crack and a 2hr flow of blood. The er said I needed to see an ent. When I went , I was nervous but the ENTIRE staff, from receptionist ,nurse &doctor, were so polite, friendly and explained everything. I had surgery the following day . Everything went well and follow up was great. My nose is like it was before it got broken. I dont care for drs so for me to praise them is alot.

I contacted this clinic with an ear infection. I was told I would have to wait nearly TWO MONTHS for an appointment. I showed them paperwork from MedExpress station the nature of my infection and a referral from MedExpress to an ENT but they still would NOT see me until I had a hearing test and waited nearly two months. When I asked what do they do for emergencies such as mine I was told they were just too busy. Are you serious???? I would NOT recommend this place to treat my dog!
