Wow! The staff has gotten even more rude than previously! I called for an appointment and was so rudely treated that the staffer actually hung up on me! Dr. Aiello is a gifted physician and Ive been with her for years but theres no excuse for the telephone staff to be as rude as they always are.

While the doctors are great the nurses are among the rudest you will ever meet!! Id rather drive a half hour further and pay more money than have a rude nurse!
