This practice is extremely good my doctor is caring,very knowledgeable,helpful and potentially in my case Might have saved my leg when A ER did not and the staff have been extra ordinarily unbelievably helpful theyve always gotten back to me fast they care so much and most of the ones that Ive spoke to do the job because they love the job and thats the kind of people we need in that profession

Dr. Kevin Olson is a wonderful doctor! He has been able to fit me in when Im sick, and has wonderful bedside manner. He takes the time to listen, and come up with a treatment plan for my multiple ailments. My only complaint would be, I never reach an office staff member when I call, always have to leave a voicemail. Even during open hours.

Great doctors, they know what theyre doing, takes just about all insurances. Front office help is horrible. Too many problems with working with staff, its 9:30 a.m. on Friday and they still have the phones off, they forget to turn on phones in the a.m. all the time. Great doctors, bad staff.

I am sure the doctors are lovely. But i have been on hold for 20 minutes just to speak with the practice administrator. Instead of taking my number to call me back, they pick up every 5 minutes to check if i am still waiting. Very unprofessional and rude front desk staff.

I understand being a little late. But I have waited over an hour past my appointment time just be seen. The wait time is ridiculous. I would like to be treated with respect when it comes to my time.
