Traffic was bad, our car A/C stopped working. So I thought it could not get any worse...wrong. My car must have a wiring short. As I previously mentioned, my A/C stopped blowing cold air and now I have lost all dash controls. The temperature has moved on its own to HOT and the blower motor has went to high. I can not turn the temperature to cool or turn the blower motor off or even lower the fan speed. So it seems as if the outdoor temperature is around 90 degrees and then we are in a car with the heat on high and the fan blower pushing the heat. Feeling like we are on the sun. Anyways, the staff here are awesome and their A/C is working really nice.

I just called to ask for some documentation and I was told they could not email it to me. I would have to come in in person and pick it up. My husband needs this documentation for insurance purposes. So, he told me to call back and ask them if they could fax it. I did. The lady answered that I spoke with the the first time. She was very rude and interrupted me as I was trying to tell her that I just spoke with her and what it was regarding.

staff is always friendly, and i enjoy my visits with the dr. i will continue care here, and recommend this practice to others with similar conditions.
