Absolutely awful experience. I called and canceled all counseling sessions and kept his appointment with Dr Lamonica which I did due to my child not taking yo counselor and all the times they canceled on us. Well their staff did nor record my call for canceling end of February. So now they denied my childs mental health meds which will impact his mental stability severely. The staff and nurse I dealt with was very rude and ignorant. Did not even try to help me. Called me a liar and tried saying I need proof of the call. These people do not know how to treat people and the fact that they would endanger my childs health has me beside myself. Go to Eastridge for counseling. Theyre great and care about our children. Very disappointed and so glad theyare out of our lives.

We have had no problems with Behavioral Health at all! The staff is always professional and they try very hard to help. Dr. Lamonica has bent over backward accommodating our every need from squeezing us in when we didnt even have an appointment to taking an entire day of his time to accommodate a new medication we needed. He is always happy to see us and fast.

Seems nice at first, but then you notice little things that are off from what you would expect from a place that is trying to help people with mental issues. They really have a nack for treating you as just a number!
