Most practices are losing their small town feel. Also office practitioners are slimming due to insurance and other federal requirements! Its nice to know we have a group of physicians who have enough passion to keep fighting the good fight for us. This group is wonderful! I was with the group before and moved when they lost a few doctors. The group now is just as amazing! Their expertise is beyond what you can find in this area! This is a small town and as we know, you learn by experience more then a textbook! At Shenandoah Valley OB GYN you will still get the one on one we look for in a small town! The care and compassion they have is beyond what I have seen in local facilities up the road. You are a number there, here they worry about your pain, comfort and are concerned with your worries! Dr Mike knew about a medical condition I had that was not in his field. It meant a lot because sometimes its those rare things that play a role in your health where you wouldnt even realize it does. God bless this group and I wish them the best as they continue to grow their clientele! Give them a shot, I know you wont regret it!

I had my by yearly checkup one year ago today. Unfortunately I agreed to let a training Dr assist my regular OB GYN. When they submitted my billing the trainee had the coding incorrect and I had to call the office to fix. No harm no fault Right.... Wrong! They fixed the coding for their office but not for the pathology. So I have spoken with them at least 10 times an been assured it was being taken care of. Get to yesterday check my credit report Surprise pathology still hasnt been paid! Called office again spoke with office manager(Hollingsworth)was assured it would be taken care of and would get a call by the end of the day!! You got it no Call to me or the pathology billing!!This is totally unacceptable business practice. Shannon Nelson

They are the worst in the country. Always have been. This is my last trip here. VERY slow. They always, without fail, call their patients back 30-45mins after their scheduled appointment time. Then you wait in the room for 20-30 more minutes. The staff doesnt communicate, they dont have ANY way for you to set up an appt other than calling during their office hours which are barely there....dont go here. I wish I could give them zero stars. If you ask them to be punctual, they get angry.... Seriously?

Terrible service that makes me want to never schedule another appointment. The physicians are alright but the receptionists treat their customers like they dont want their business, or like theyre TRYING to make them find another clinic. Makes no sense to me.

Dr. Mike was wonderful!!! He is very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and caring!! I would, and have recommended him to several of my friends! Keep up the great work!

The worst!!!! Treated as just another number. The staff is very dysfunctional. I highly dont recommend!!!
