Ive been a patient at this practice since 2006 and with good reason. This is the best family practice Ive ever been to. My husbsnd and my children are patients as well. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I can always get in same day when one of us is sick. I never wait more than 5 minutes to be called from the lobby or for the Doctor to come in to see me. They always get back to me quickly if I have a question or need a record printed off, etc. When I wasnt insured I found them to be very affordable. Ive seen every provider there and each of them are wonderful. They always take all the time I need with them and never rush me. I recommend them everyone. Cant say enough good things.

They discontinued my medical care with absolutely no explanation. They sent me a registered letter, which would scare the hell out of anyone. They only cited "conflicting opinions regarding best medical practice" about why they were stopping my care. No one from the office would return my calls. They only thing I can think of is that I requested that they fill out FMLA and they had a big attitude about it, even though my health issue was clear and legitimate. Also, they scolded me for missing an appointment, even though I was in the hospital. They didnt care, they still expected me to be there, which makes no sense. Stay away from this practice, especially Dr. Craig.

I have been going to Stephens City Family Medicine since 2009, and its truly one of the best doctors offices Ive ever been to! Dr. Craig has been my doctor for eight years - he is intelligent, attentive, and very friendly. The whole office really keeps a pleasant attitude. I live in Stephens City, so its incredibly convenient, too. I would definitely recommend this place!
