I recently started a workout program with a trainer and was having some ankle pain. She suggested that I see Dr. Murray or Dr. Chang and I cannot say enough good things about their office! Dr. Chang gave me some great suggestions for treating the pain and suggested orthotics to prevent it in the future. They have been a HUGE help! They made them in their office so they are totally customized to my feet. Also, I was very impressed that a week or so after my appointment I received a newsletter containing a lot of great information on taking care of my feet this Summer (including a list of approved flip flops and I have already purchased a pair). It is nice to know they care even after you leave the office! I would highly recommend them to anyone with foot and ankle problems.

I was having issues with capsulitis. Dr. Chang took a orthotic and added a pad to the top and a u shaped pad to the bottom, which was close to $50. I was only able to wear this for about 15 minutes. The orthotic was so thick that it was too much for even tennis shoes. My toes were scraping the top of shoe, and the whole thing was more painful that not having the orthotic in at all. I was able to find that many other treatment options are available for this issue, none of which were discussed with me. They also wanted to charge a credit card fee. This is not 1978, come on.

Both my husband and I have benefited from the services of Doctors Chang and Murray - and have only positive things to say about our experiences. My husbands toe, ankle, and foot problems are under control and my P.T.T.D. is improving. We are comfortable knowing that whenever we have a foot or ankle problem, Blue Ridge Foot and Ankle is readily available with a healing and personal touch.

I highly recommend both Dr. Murray and Dr. Chang for you podiatry needs. They are most professional and the care I have personally received has been excellent! Their staff mirrors this. All have a sense of humor. I can be completely myself with them. I have been under their care since 2011.

I saw two other podiatrists before going here, and this was the only facility that was of any benefit. I am having much less pain from tendonitis in my ankles, and no one here was so overly eager to do surgery on my feet. I highly recommend them.
