I have been a patient at Batavia Foot Care Center for 7 years and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this medical facility. Dr. Teresi and Dr. Dryden are very kind and compassionate podiatrists who always devote 100% of their attention to each patient they treat. The time spent in the waiting room is extremely short, and yet when being treated, it feels as though I am the only patient there. They listen. They care. The nurses and the office staff are like no other medical staff I have ever encountered. They are all very energetic, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I always leave the office with a smile on my face. Batavia Foot Care Center is a place where you will feel welcomed and cared for by two outstanding podiatrists and an office staff with personality!

Very disappointed in my first attempt to use Batavia Foot Care Center today. I arrived at 3:06 pm for what I had thought was a 3:15 appointment (with my paperwork already filled out) only too be told I was too late and would need to reschedule. Now I understand I was a few minutes late but to turn away a new patient for being a few minutes late is just plain crazy. What makes it even more insane is my wife and two sons are past patients of Dr. Dryden (my appointment was with Dr. Ali). Needless to say I will not be returning but instead seek care elsewhere.

If you do go do not see Gina Teresi.She has a way over inflated ego.I asked to see Dryden.Teresi said no way im the boss.If you dont like me you wont see any one here.She sent me a letter stating so.I am a former patient.I know she has no patience.Id have to give a - star if there were one.

I have been very satisfied with the attention and time that Dr. Dryden has taken with me at all of my visits. She is an excellent doctor and so attentive. Batavia Foot Care Center is a great place to go.

Dr. Dryden and Dr. Teresi are amazing doctors! So nice, and caring, and timely! The office was so clean! The staff was professional and friendly! Definitely recommended for all you foot needs!

Dr. Teresi performed a bunionectomy in September and now I am pain free. She is a wonderful caring surgeon. I highly recommend her and her staff.
