Had an eye exam and purchased contacts through the office. The suggested contacts were a new brand for me. When I received the contacts, the fit was horrible and I couldnt tolerate them. I called and emailed the office to get a different brand (or, preferably go back to my old brand) and well over a month later I still havent gotten my issue resolved. I have received NO communication from anyone in the office. I also was never given a copy of my prescription (they were "out of paper" the day of my appointment) despite requesting a copy. Now Im stuck with contacts I cant wear, losing that money, and having to make an appointment with another eye doctor so that I can get wearable contacts. This was my first visit to this office. It was also my last.

Our whole family goes to Elkton Eyecare. Just recently, Dr. Robertson worked in 6 of our children so that they could be seen before school started. He was patient and handled each of their needs wonderfully. All of the kids were able to find glasses that they loved (including the difficult to please middle school girls). I would highly recommend this office for your eyecare needs. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. They dealt with managing all of our insurance questions and multiple plans. They explained our charges clearly and were very pleasant.

Elkton Eyecare is a great place to get your eyes checked. Dr. Robertson is an excellent Dr and very honest. He wont try to push something on you that you cant afford. They also have an awesome selection of glasses to choose from. I know that I can always get something that is in style and up to date. They even carry glasses for people who dont change styles. :)

I loved the atmosphere here. There was no sales pressure for my lenses which is what I hate about getting new lenses. He helped me with exactly what I needed. Elkton Eyecare was a great experience. I didnt have to wait a long time to be seen. Dr. Robertson is professional and friendly. The selection of frames was great and I was able to pick out two pairs of glasses that I love. I received the glasses in a timely manner and the billing was affordable.

We took our whole family in to Elkton Eyecare for our most recent annual eye exams. Everyone in the family really liked Dr Robertson. He was really good with our kids and I found some excellent frames to replace my old pair of worn-out glasses. It was also nice that they accepted our insurance.
