I went to this location for Physical Therapy. The providers were absolutely fantastic. The woman I worked with was patient and extremely friendly. She was excited every time she saw me to see the progress I was making. She made me feel more than welcome and look forward to physical therapy every time I had to go (which was twice a week). The providers here work well together and they talk with you even if you arent their patient. The people who run the check in for physical therapy are extremely friendly as well. They got you checked in quickly and the wait was never long before my PT came out. Fantastic location to go to for physical therapy. Its convenient, close by, and easy to get to.

My regular doctor is Dr Griffiths. I really love his compassionate and thorough care. However, this week they scheduled me to see Dr. Bentsen. I got mixed up and went at 3:00 instead of the appointment time , which was 2:00. Dr. Bentsen didnt know me, realized that I really was not her patient, but she still saw me within 5 minutes and was very thorough. I really feel comfortable with either of these doctors at this clinic.

Dr. Bentsen has been my intaernist for a few years now. The new location is nice. She listens to what I have to say and we make decisions together about my care. The only thing I dont like is if you schedule a nurse visit you see a medical assistant not a LPN or RN.

Absolutely terrible experience at this office! I even left a message for the office manager Janice to get some resolution on what should have been an easy issue. Never received a return call even after 2 weeks!

Griffith seems to be knowledgeable...but has no time for questions or any bedside manner..like talking to a computer...wondering if any of the other doctors there are more "friendly" for lack of a better word?

Doctors here know nothing. Didnt get seen til 45 minutes after scheduled appointment. Felt like doctors didnt care, they just rushed in and rushed out. Dont go here.

My doctor is great. Front desk and most of the nurses are severely lacking! The wait times are ridiculous! I NEVER see the doctor within an hour of appointment.
