I was an established patient at this office for two years, and the first time I had to cancel an appointment due to an unfortunate work circumstance, I was charged $85 because I cancelled that morning for a 4:10 p.m. appointment rather than the day before. I was urged to write a letter to their office to have the fee waived, and that did nothing for me. I work on a nursing staff in a physician office as well, and I know that our staff would be considerate enough of the situation to waive the fee. Obviously, my records are being transferred immediately. The office staff member who addressed me in voicemails throughout the process, Jamie, was not very polite at all, either.

Be aware. I called in saying Id be 10 minutes late because of slow traffic and they cancelled my appt. and charged me $85. The receptionist said I could write a letter to Dr. Landrio and hed personally decide if my excuse warranted a rescinded fee. A doc having time to read these letters and respond...sounds silly, a bit ridiculous, and a little concerning.

Dr. Landrio was the first neurologist who truly listened to all of my concerns. I have gone months without a migraine, which is the longest since being a teenager! His staff is great as well!
