Went to the Berkmar location. I would describe the customer experience as "assembly line". A tech will do the initial check. An optomitrist will them come in and to the "which is better ... this or this" thing. Then you can look at frames, dodging the others looking at frames, while even more sitting in the waiting chairs for their frames. Disclaimer: I have really bad eyes, so if youre closer to normal, it may be fine. Long story short, the prescription was bad, the frames didnt fit (cause really, its way more important to unload inventory than order something that might actually fit your head). Had the glasses for a while now, so I gave them a chance. Not going back. Bleh.

Went here a year ago and waited over an hour before I saw the Dr., I decided to try them again. This time I waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes before I finally left. The receptionist was very defensive when I mentioned that waiting for 40 min. just to be put in the room to wait another 40 minutes before your eyes are dilated and then see the Dr. is hard for those on an hourly pay-rate. They are not efficient, I do not suggest them for professionals/ those who do not want a 2-3 hour annual eye exam.

They cant seem to schedule appointments for me on any of my days off or after my shift ends. Hopefully this will not be as huge of an issue when I start my new schedule but it is a bit ridiculous that I cannot get an appointment set up unless it is a half hour to an hour before my work day is complete. Other than that staff is helpful and they called me back practically before I sat down in the waiting room

Dr. Long provides professional and proficient exams for glasses, and for every type of problem. I had cataract surgery done by him and I see very well, Well pleased. I have been seeing him for about three years now.

Got to my appointment about 10 minutes early, got in to the exam room almost immediately. The staff was awesome. I always feel like Im getting total attention from Dr. L. Highly recommend!

Very small selection of glasses. Had to research myself to find a pair of glasses which im still waiting on a month+ now. Very disappointed about the service here.
