Not very happy with the staff he has now on Disability do to a accident and i have been on his staff about my diability papers since February sent wrong papers to insurance company car was taking now on the way getting kicked out my home havent paid bills in two months i have 3 daughters i have to take care of and they have yet to make it right already on depression medication iam feed up and iam going straight to the office today on top of that my insurance company faxed them the papers they need to send and they have ignored that terrible staff iam not at all happy they will b seeing me this morning

Honestly the best doctor Ive ever had. Ive had some scary health problems and hes been great, I cant imagine going through that experience with a different doctor. His staff is always attentive and on top of things. He genuinely cares about his patients, every question I ever had is answered completely. I never feel rushed out of there like I have with other doctors.

While mike is decent, his staff is absolutely disorganized, disrespectful and completely rude. He literally has no control over his staff. They discharge and verbally abuse his patients then discharge them when they speak up about it. Fidelis has even launched a lawsuit investigating them for malpractice. Stay clear away.

At first I liked Dr. Michael Ostolski and I felt comfortable and welcomed now just having to deal with him or his staff is a headache anymore Im not sure what happened to the compassion and understanding that they once had for me as a patient very disappointing.

I have only had positive experiences while working with Dr. Ostolski amd staff. He is accessible to his patients. He genuinely cares. He is a single practictioner, which sometimes causes a bit of a delay. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.
