Both Dr. Walsh and Dr. Kwark, and their team (Nurse Amy & Nurse Kim) are just FANTASTIC! I cant say enough good things about all of them. I saw Dr. Kwark and Nurse Kim and they are just amazing! They take the time to listen to all your concerns and address every question/concern you have. Then if you leave, and have other questions you can contact them 24/7 and they respond right away - Fantastic! I have never felt so welcomed by any doctor/doctors office. Their office is beautiful and top notch with the latest technology. Their financial plan for the care that you receive is PHENOMENAL and so AFFORDABLE. I had a PPO comprehensive health insurance plan through the 1990s until two years ago, and it never came close to matching this doctor/patient quality practice. Every practice should look to this team as a model.

I just had my first appointment today and it was a great experience! I have Dr. Kwark and she has a great personality. I felt very comfortable speaking with her and she really made me feel like she was going to help me get into better health. The office is beautiful and I had a great personal experience. I was welcomed by Nurse Kim who took my vitals and also drew my blood. She was also very nice and welcoming. I dont know about you, but I typically have never enjoyed going to the doctor. Long wait times, and rushed visits were never fun. Today, that changed for me and now Ill always look forward to my next appointments. Thank you doctor direct!

Without a doubt, the BEST health care experience Ive ever had. Dr. Amy and Nurse Amy are wonderful and caring. You really get the sense that you are listened to and that your treatment is carefully contemplated and executed. The office is CLEAN and there is usually just you and one or two others in the waiting room. The appointment is ON TIME and lengthy. You leave feeling like a person, not a number. I would highly recommend this office to anyone wanting a cost effective, comprehensive, knowledgable and compassionate primary care service. The cherry on top is that YOU have email, text and PHONE access to Dr. Amy...yes, you read that right!!!

The concept is very progressive. $50.00/month for access to an amazing, professional, friendly, caring (I could go on and on) Doctor is only the beginning. What a great practice!! The convenience of having access to my doctor 24/7 is absolutely awesome. When I have a question or need a refill, I email Dr. Walsh and SHE responds. My husband and I have switched to this practice and we love the fact we get quality care, and we arent supporting the insurance/pharmaceutical insurances doing it. We still have a high deductible insurance plan in case we need to use it but we keep our insurance rates as inexpensive as possible.
