As requested by this office, my PCP sent over a referral, imaging results and medical records; I have left 5 messages with this office within the past 3 weeks and they have proven their poor professional and ethical standards by NOT returning my calls to set up an appointment. I have several disc herniations, flattening of the spinal cord, spinal stenosis and cervical radiculopathy. A return phone call would have been appreciated, seeing as I need a medical professional to provide care for my condition. Doctors, nurses and office staff need to ask themselves this question, "Would they appreciate such abhorrent behavior displayed towards their personal or their families health care."; I guarantee you the answer is NO! To experience pain on a daily basis that interferes with your productivity and activity, is physically and emotionally exhausting and to reach out to medical professionals who are "there to help" and receive silence in return, leaves one feeling helpless and lost. The people in this office should be ashamed and embarrassed, maybe one day someone will treat you the way you have treated others and maybe then, you will developed a sense of compassion. Please dont respond to my review by asking me to call to speak with someone because calling this office, is highly ineffective.

Everyone there is kind and caring, I have had three injections. The first two didnt do much, but the third was in my sacralillac joint and it took away the pain right away. The nurses talk to you during the procedure to keep your mind off of what is happening and that really helps. I really like it there. They have done everything they can to keep me out of pain. They are trying to fix what is wrong without me having surgery. I would highly recommend the center to anyone who has back problems.

Went here for back and neck pain. After the shots failed, was referred to one of the neuro surgeons and he said I need to go get more shot. I went to another practice for a second opinion and they found a torn rotator cuff with the same exact exam va brain and spin doctors performed. Im not sure how they could be that bad and far off, at least Im finally not in pain. I would never recommend this place to anyone

They only want to provide injections which cost a pretty penny. If your problem is associated with pain, they dont bother with you. I know someone who also went there and he did all the procedures and never got rid of the pain. Even the burning nerves is worse when the nerve grows back.

Dont waste your gas money on this office. Very bad experience. The doc missed seeing the bone spurs in my neck. I was in with the doctor Schopick 3 minutes. They charged my insurance $410.00 and billed me $117.00 what a RIP OFF! And nasty people to boot!

Tracy just went back for her procedure. I told her over and over she would be fine. Im not so sure she believed me. She should have had a Valium or two.
