Deplorable customer service. I was seen there just over a week ago and am still experiencing significant pain from my injury. I called the local clinic telephone and a central call center answered. The call center transferred me to the local clinic and the automated answering service was in an infinite loop. When prompted to leave a callback number, I could not and the recording kept repeating itself. When prompted to speak to someone directly, the recording kept replaying. I called the local number again and the central call center informed me the local clinic didnt open until 10A and perhaps that was why the phone system did not work properly. Ugh.. if they knew the clinic wasnt open on my original call, why didnt they tell me and why would they transfer me to a clinic where the phone system isnt operational during off hours. I asked if I could leave a message at the call center for the local clinic to phone me back. They took my information but frankly, I am not hopeful to receive a callback and now I am seriously doubting their diagnosis. They dont appear to be professional and competent in patient care and follow-up. I am making an appointment with Wake Radiology and will have my hand x-rayed again. I am confident I will speak with a medical professional directly and will receive ample patient care. Maybe this clinic is proficient for some needs but certainly not with injuries and the ensuing patient follow--up. I will most certainly not visit them in the future.

The nurse Tina lied straight to my face, and Hazel at the front desk is one of the rudest "customer service" personnel I have ever met. Tina: I arrived at 12:35to drug screen, one person was in front of me (who also was there to drug test) A person with an appointment to see the physician arrived at 1 oclock. The person who needed to see the physician was taken back first because "they have an appointment". This makes some sense, however I did not need to see the physician and had already been waiting. I was finally called back at 1:30 pm. When asked, Tina the nurse stated that she "had to do X-rays" and thats why it took so long. EXCEPT, the thing is as a nurse I know you need a physician order to do an X-ray. (I called the corporate office to verify that there are no standing orders). So the patient was brought back, saw the physician, AND then xrayed prior to me being brought back. So, basically she lied straight to my face and then told me "it normally only takes 5 minutes to do a drug screen". If thats the case, why was I there an hour? For a 5 minute ordeal? Highly unorganized. Hazel: the receptionist broke HIPPA and standard drug screen protocol. I also witnessed her being very rude to a co-worker over the phone. THE WHOLE PLACE IS SLOW, RUDE. And apparently UNETHICAL.

I came in today with extreme dental pain. I wasnt sure if they would even see me because this was about my teeth and gums. I saw the actual medical director and he was so helpful! I was forced to go to an urgent care because my actual dentist was unable to manage my pain after THREE dental visits. I showed up at this place, crying from the pain, and the Dr here.... doctor Heter (I think that was his name) made sure that he understood what my exact pain was and created a pain management plan involving several different things in combination. He also educated me as to why he was combining these things. When I got to the pharmacy, the pharmacist said "wow! This is a great plan!!" I came home, did what this doctor said and..... about a half hour later....VOILA!!! After a solid week of continual pain I felt RELIEF! I could finally eat! I stopped crying! I am now laying in bed peacefully and Ill actually sleep! To this doctor: thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! I wish you were in an everyday office practice and were a primary care physician! :)

Put our name in the online queue and when we arrived the impolite lady at the front told us there were many people ahead of us. I showed her the screen with my daughters name at the top of the list and she then told us it would be a while before she could get her worked in. I asked why and she just kept saying fill out the symptom form and place the insurance card on it. I filled out the form and 15 minutes later the person after us got called back and the lady did not even begin putting our information into the system. We decided that her condition was not that urgent and wed just see her primary tomorrow. Under-staffed, staff not well trained, and they dont get how their own online system works. I have been here before for my kids and myself and this was the worst service by far. Unlikely i will go back to this place.

This place touts its electonic check-in as a big plus. It is not. I went to check out this relatively new place, after a rather nasty fall, to see a doctor about the pain. Easy enough at most places, but here, you have to electronically sign in and register. This involved typing in and entering page after page after page of data, with no indication of how much is left to do, and you dont get to advance to the next page until youve finished filling out everything on the current page. After too many pages to count, and too much of time, I gave up- I really needed to see someone a lot sooner than this place was going to let me. IMHO, a medical place should place a patients welfare over the staffs convenience. Sadly, this place does not.

This the best urgent care office I have ever been to. I went with severe back pain. They were very concerned about my issue. I was greeted by Hazel who was all ready for my arrival as I had called ahead. She was friendly and re-assuring that I would be taken care of. I was immediately greeted and take back to the room by Jamal, who was also very helpful and had a good sense of humor. Dr. Wilkerson took care of me. Giving me relief with a shot of pain medicine. Once they gave the medication they checked in on me to make sure I was feeling relief before sending me home. I am so grateful to them for taking such great care of me. I will totally recommend them to anyone who is in need of medical care. Thank you!

Ive been to this location several times for various ailments. On all occasions but one, Ive been seen very quickly. The one time there was a finger laceration that came in and bumped me - understandable. Ive used their Wahoo service and Ive gone in and waited. Both are fine. The office staff is kind and efficient. Theyve often called me to follow up after Ive been seen - something not even my primary care doc does. The initial paperwork (digital) is very long as one person already mentioned. But I only had to do that once, and now they have all my info on file; all I have to do is give them my ID and sign a consent form. If the co-pay wasnt $50 a pop, Id dump my primary care doc and go here. Highly Recommended!
