Good equipment and not busy during the last 30 minutes of the day. Adequate freeweight area with one power rack and a rubberized floor. The only downsides are the short hours of operation and ill-lubricated cables/bars in their machines.

I really enjoy Valley Health Wellness & Fitness Center. Super friendly staff, always make you feel welcomed when you see them. My wife loves the classes offered, and I love the clean, well equipped gym and the 25 Yrd lap pool.

It is a great facility. The people Wor king are well trained and nice!Greg the manager (I think, but no)is very interested about the gym and the people who exercise there!Over all a very good experience!

PT are very well suited in helping your personal needs. Attentive in bettering your physical needs. My personal physical therapist has gone above and beyond helping me of the return of my gait.

This was a nice fitness center. There was a bunch of equipment all around - a very good number. They had an indoor track and swimming pool as well.
