I brought my daughter in for a cough and nausea. First of all, the nurse, Donna J was on her name tag, put the thermometer in my childs mouth WITHOUT the sanitary sleeve that they change with each patient. After watching this in disbelief, I then saw her turn and open the trash can and PRETEND to throw the sleeve away as nothing fell from the thermometer. I checked after she left the room, and there was nothing but a paper towel in the trash can. I then told the attending doctor what the nurse had done and she didnt even respond to that situation and ignored my concern. My child is now at risk of picking up another illness from having an unclean, unsanitary thermometer in her mouth and the nurse and doctor took no responsibility for what was done. They then gave her xrays and Im glad I was in the room because they sat her on a very unsturdy stool on the very edge of the xray table, which was about 3 feet off the ground, that could have toppled over easily since she is so small. A steroid was prescribed to her for bronchiolitis which later caused an allergic reaction. I will not be returning here and am very disappointed. I expect more from Valley Health.

Absolutely awful service. Horrible wait times. We checked in early online and still waited 1.5 hours to be seen(it wasnt even busy). My pregnant wife had a cold which is why we went. It took 2 hours to draw blood and test urine once we were there. The nurse who drew blood was horrible and was obviously inexperienced at it. The Physians assistant was also inexperienced. We were told the blood test was abnormal and left in tears. We drove to the Meritus ER in hagerstown where we didnt wait at all. We were advised the blood tests were perfectly normal for a pregnant woman who had a cold. We were told the previous person should have been able to read into the results and see this. Because of inexperience and lack of knowledge we spent 6 hours last night worrying about our unborn child. This will be the last time we ever go there. If I could give negative stars I would.

They have been excellent EVERY time we have been there. They are friendly. They are generally concerned for their patients. They have given my kids Popsicles when theyve had a sore throat. They always ask if we need anything and offer us water, coffee, or soda. I almost dont want to spread the word because I dont want everyone running to them, but I respect them enough to tell others (as they have suggested) about how good they really are!!!! They are very prompt on getting you in and out and I havent had one issue with them! I hope they keep up the good work!

Very surprised. They had hours on a Sunday and I was able to "check in" through their website, complete with a text to remind me to go in. I came with a water bottle and a cup of coffee prepared to wait a good long while, and was called back for paperwork immediately. Further as soon as my paperwork was done, an assistant was right there and took me back. I went in for a tweaked back which is honestly a pretty common thing and I knew I would be prescribed a muscle relaxer and anti-inflammatory. I was in and out in less than an hour.

We have used Med Express before and saw the higher stars for Valley Health Urgent Care. We live in Berkeley Springs so we usually have to travel if the visit is on weekends or after hours. We were extremely satisfied with this visit. It took us maybe five minutes to be in the room with the doctor. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend before going to the ER or using a Med Express.

Ive been here several times over the past couple of years for everything from infected sinuses to injuries from a car accident-no problems. Staff are always friendly and professional. Ive never had to wait longer than an hour either. I actually prefer going here rather than my regular doctor and usually do.

Amazing service from the check in process to the medical care and free coffee. My family doctor highly recommends their services and he is not tied to Valley Health. The service was the complete opposite of the urgent care(nameless) that is near the Target in Martinsburg.
