I did received a diagnosis here after falling on cement and hurting my whole body, but my right knee was the worst. I was having muscle spasms in my hip and above and below my knee and no matter how much info I provided, these people refused to even to give me a short term prescription of a muscle relaxer. What is wrong with them? Isnt that how you treat continuous muscle spasms that arent responding to ice and heat, when youre unable to take any anti-inflamitories? I think theyre going a little overboard with their protective measures. The injuries were from a fall not the underlying chronic issue they are using as an excuse not to prescribe. I wonder what theyre not saying? I dont usually go to urgent "care" centers for reasons like this. Ive learned my leason again. I will absolutely go to the ER if I have another accident. Dont count on getting fair treatment here they judge you and their decisions make no sense what so ever.

I just read these reviews and I have to write. I am a busy professional lady. I have little time for people that are incompetent. Let me say in no uncertain terms this urgent care center on Jubal early drive saved my life!!!@@@ I had been procribed a medication by a very well known doctor that I had seen for years. I had a severe allergic reaction to this medication!!!!! When I woke the next morning I could not breathe. I jumped in my car and ran to this wonderful clinic. I live less than 10 minutes away, and I did not think of 911. (dont think too clearly when you are dying I found out). I doctor there knew immediately what had happened and gave me an injection that Winchester medical center doctors swore saved my life. I spent the next 4 days at the WMC with IVs in my arms.----- This place has great doctors. I thank God for them.

On vacation far from home, 10 year old got very sick. Visited Valley Health Urgent care. Convenient location, parking, simple check in, and the reception staff was very kind, clean, nice, comfortable facilities. Had to wait a long time to see doctor, but the nurses/triage were good. Doctor was terrific - very nice, knowledgeable, patient, listened to my sons perspective, prescribed treatment accordingly. Even got a follow up call once we returned home to New England, checking on our son. Very pleased with all but the wait time. However August seems to have been extra busy with back to school approaching.

They treated my freshman college student rudely and without compassion. Will not use their clinic again. Shame on them. Its one thing to have a stupid long wait and get good or decent compassionate service but to be rude after a long wait is just no excuse. Either staff your clinic so your staff isnt so rude or get nicer amd more compassionate healthcare workers. No excuse. A student comes to you with a fever and all the accompanying aches and pains, away from home and looking for medical care and you are impatient and unkind.

Went in for ear pain. Doctor looked in my ear and said "ear infection. Im prescribing amoxicillin." Took less than 5 minutes. 3 weeks later my ear is still hurting and hasnt got any better. I paid $75 co pay at time of visit and now I receive a $87 bill in the mail. They expect me to pay $162 for NOTHING!? My ear still hurts. When I asked to get my amoxicillin refilled they said I would have to come in again and pay another $75 co pay. Horrible service. They do not do anything to help patients. All they care about is money.

Well I my experience there was great! I had went there to get physical so I could join the cheer team. (You know how physical for sports activities in school.) And I went there everyone was nice but I only gave 3/three stars because there were like ten people in the waiting room at the time and it felt it took so long for only so many people there. In less there where more people in back. But no hard feeling towards them. I understand that the nurses and the docters have to take there time to make sure everyone is ok.

They charged me 75$ to have the doctor listen to me breathe and then tell me to try claritin. She didnt run any tests she didnt even act like she cared about why my chest hurt and I couldnt breathe. Her reaction was I dont know what to tell you if it continues go to the e.r. she could have at least checked for strep while I was there I mean you just charged me 75$ I waited longer in the waiting room than I did when I got back to the patient room. This was absolutely sad and complete lack of professionalism.

Total waste of money. Doc prescribed me medicine I couldnt even take with the medicine I am already on. Would have been better off throwing my money in the trash. Doc told me "they are a limited clinic" and refered me to my regular doctor because he didnt know what was wrong with me. Didnt even know what the medicine the other doc (from THEIR facility) had prescribed to me. I heard him in the hallway asking another doctor what the medicine was. Real reassuring. IDIOTS

Great experience with Dr Suwal and the check-in experience. I checked in online and when I showed up I waited less than ten minutes and they offered me a water. Once I was called back they checked my vitals, and Dr. Suwal came in before the nurse could leave the room. Diagnosis was nothing severe but he recommended some OTC and provided a prescription so it would be less expensive. No complaints here, I guess they upgraded the doctors since the earlier reviewers.

If I could give 0 of 5 stars I would. I dont know what thrift store this "Dr. Colbert" bought his M.D. from but he was very unprofessional talking with me. He talked to me like I was a dog that shat on his favorite rug... I highly recommend anyone and everyone to go somewhere else for any kind of health care. It pains me to give 1 of 5 stars review. This guys a royal idiot but his staff are very sweet and kind...

They say they take Medicaid and unicare and refuse to take it when you get there and have you pay money out of pocket or refuse to see you so if you have it dont go there they dont care even if your disabled. They will turn you away if your disabled and pregnant are have young kids

The staff is great but the doctor is a different case. I dont know where he learned his trade but just like the reviewer before me, the medicine he prescribed to me was useless! Going to Doctor Bagri is really throwing your money away.

Sad experience. Yesterday.. some girl whose name tag says "urgent care specialist" told me she did not know what my daughters rash is and that she should go to a dermatologist. What? Poor care, really unacceptable.

Weve used them several times when our primary care physician was unavailable, no issues so far. I cant say the same for other local Doc-in-a boxes
