Inadequate staffing. Management uncaring, cheap. Place opens at 6:30, staff arent scheduled to start their shift until 6:30 which means the place is never up & running on thime. If Im not the 1st person to arrive, Ive never gotten out in under 60-90 minutes which is unacceptable. Results are supposed to be automatically sent to my UPMC ordering physician; this never happens. My doctors office always has to call for the results even 72 hours after blood draw for a simple test they do daily.... Unacceptable! My recommendation would be to go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I read the reviews, but went here in spite of some bad ones. It was a VERY good experience. Nice, extremely clean facility. In and out in 20 minutes (I had an appointment). Phlebotomist Ashley is engaging and extremely thorough in her work (verified my identity at least three times during the visit, in line with company policy). With just one "stick", she was able to get blood out of a turnip (me, whose veins are notorious for not giving up their blood). If you joke with her, she can be a barrel of laughs.

They are professional, prompt and kind. Many times I don`t even feel the needle. I go to McKnight Road location because they ARE so professional. There is another location closer to me, but the person there acts confused, and she missed the vein and I had black and blue for several weeks. This does NOT happen at McKnight Road.

Normally I dont post reviews. I do read them. Based on its ratings, I was hesitant to go here. Im glad I did. The staff was friendly. I went around 730am and I was in and out within a half hour. The whole experience was quick and painless. Thanks.

Terrible experience. The worker was incredibly rude and screamed at the entire waiting room. There is only one person working at a time and the wait was very, very long. I will never come back to this location.

These people were awful to me and uneducated about what services they can provide. There is no reason to be rude. Be warned I called the corporate office to report how unprofessionally I was treated.

Did not take enough for labs requested. Mistakes happen but the supervisor in the phone was very rude and refused to call me back about a reschedule when my doctor said we needed those labs

Sorry Leslie. But the phones do not ring at the quest locations as they are unable to take a needle out of an arm to answer the phone

Open later than other locations. Never had to wait for my routine labs to be drawn. Very friendly staff and calming environment.
