Life Guard

The staff is extremely rude. Especially the receptionist named Jess. No one greeted me with a good morning or even a simple hello. They barked orders without a please or thank you. Just, "go to the third window, or have a seat". An MRI is stressful enough without having to worry about rude healthcare workers. I will go somewhere else for my upcoming MRI. Avoid these rude workers.

I really like to get my lab work and x-rays done here, but the administration is not very friendly and when I called on a saturday, they didnt even answer the phone. Time and again they disappoint me. Hard to recommend the front desk staff, but the techs are fabulous and caring, and sensitive to the patients concerns.

Waited a hour to be told they dont take my insurance. Rather than have a greeter they have you just take a number. Another person called at the same time had same situation. Really a waste of time with no signage. Seems like there is probably always a long wait here as they appeared under staffed.
