I have been getting bloodwork done at Quest Diagnostics on Oxford Drive in Bethel Park for many years. The personnel there are educated, courteous, extremely efficient, and always greet customers with a smile and greeting. They do their very best to keep on schedule whether you have or do not have an appointment. It is easy to make an appointment via computer, so much so, that anyone who complains about a wait period should learn how to use the simple computer scheduler. The Oxford Drive offices are clean and neat including the waiting room and warmly decorated. I cannot say enough to praise the work done at this Quest facility.

Says they open at 7 am on a Saturday. Its 7:10, theres a line of people out here and the staff are just sitting there with a scowl on their face. Unbelievable!

basically tortured our son, didnt even get enough blood to perform the tests, and then took forever to get the results they could get.
